Go to the page: Interact Setup

Print QR on SalesShipment

In the tab 'Track.DIDO' :

If you want to print the QR on the SalesShipment. Advised choice: 'Instead of SalesShipment'

Note: you need to have an e-mail printer. We have good experience with Printnode

With this QR the chauffeur can scan and sign the document with nearly any device without the need of an app nor an account.

Undo Shipment when delivery not possible

With 'Undo Shipment Method' you define what needs to happen when a chauffeur uses the option 'could not deliver'

If you set this option to 'Auto' this will automatically undo the shipment. This is very helpful so the goods are not accidently invoiced. The quantity to ship on the salesorder will also be reset so you can use the same salesorder for the next delivery attempt.

If you leave the setting to Manual nothing happens and you need to undo the shipment yourself.

After you fill the field Document No.  The test will start and open the sample document in your browser. Make sure you fill an existing document number. The base report is the report you have set in 'Report Selection - Sales' on the 'Shipment'.
