When you open the queue page it can happen that you see a message: There is another sync running, wait until this sync is done'
This message normally shows when a synchronisation is running.
There can be 2 scenario's:
1. Another user started a synchronisation by clicking on the button 'Synchronise Queue'
2. The synchronisation is running over the job queue
The easiest way is to check the queue page a few minutes later and check if the number of entries is decreasing. If this is the case then just wait until this is done.
If you are sure nothing is happening the queue got stuck. To repair this you can go to the 'Interact setup' page and search for the action: 'Reset records in sync'
NOTE! Only use this function if you are really sure and waited a few minutes for the queue to finish.
