Reset Jobqueue when it's in error state

In rare occasions it can happen that the integration queue is in error state. There are multiple reasons which can cause this issue.

A running integration queue is very important for all solutions built on interact.DIDO.

Steps to follow:

1.    Go to the page ‘Integration queue’

2.    When the jobqueue is in error state depending on the setup the jobqueue is automatically restarted or a message shows in the screen if you want to reset the jobqueue status
