Change the e-mail body used for sending the Signed Shipment

The signed shipments are send with a default text which is defined in a report layout.

You can change the content of the e-mail by customizing  this report.

Go to report layouts:

Search for the layout 'E-Mail_SignedShipment' and select 'Export Layout'.

You can now edit the layout and replace the standard text. Be aware that you lose the translations and the text will be exacly what you type.

Under the Tab Development --> XML mapping pane you can call fields from the SalesShipment header.

Now while selecting the old layout click 'New' and give the new report a name and description.

Now you can set this report to be the default layout by selecting 'Set Default'
