How to attach a route to a chauffeur

Remark: The chauffeur needs a account 

Step 1

click the "person" icon, a popup will display

Step 2

When its the first time this chauffeur will deliver a shipment for your company you have to search by email or mobile phone number (the chauffeur has to be registered). After you attach the chauffeur, next time you can select him/her from the addressbook.

If the chauffeur is registred with a phone number in stead of e-mail you need to enter: phonenumber@spotyourdata.nl

step 3

When you have attached a chauffeur, everything is complete and the chauffeur can see the route in his "app".

You can see if a chauffeur is attached to a route when the "person" icon is blue. Here you can also detach the chauffeur or attach another one.
