After you published the app you go to extension management:
Search for the app: Interact.DIDO
Install the app:
Click Next and accept the terms and conditions and Install.
Before you setup Interact.DIDO please check the following:
1. Company information
2. Your User card and make sure your e-mail is filled
Now go to the page: Interact Setup:
If you open the page for the first time the Setup Wizard will start. (if not you can go to actions and select: Activation Wizard)
Select 'Live' and go to the next page
Before you click next first use the button: 'Create account'
You will be forwarded to a new page where you can fill all your company information to create an account. The information will be pre-filled with the information from you 'Company information' in Business Central
When the account is made click on 'My Modules'
Now select the Modules you want to use:
Now go back to you Business Central browser tab and fill your 'SYD-Code' and 'Activationcode' from your account page.
You also received an e-mail with these codes.
Now click on the button 'Activate'
If you get the question if this app is allowed to make an external request select 'Allow Always'.
You should now get 'Activation Success'.
If not you can try to activate again by going to Actions --> Start Activation Wizard
When you still can't activate please contact support@spotyourdata.nl
It can take up to 5 minutes before your licenses become visible.
To speedup this you can go to 'Actions' --> 'Force Update Licenses'
You now activated your products!
